Event attendance
Liability & Risk: 1) Every visitor attends each fair at their own risk. 2) Love Fairs accepts no liability for any costs, expenses, damages or losses incurred by visitors (whether direct or indirect).
Cancellation of the Fair, circumstances beyond our control, etc.; The organiser shall be under no obligation to repay any amount paid by any visitor or any losses whatsoever, due to event cancellations, and shall be under no liability to the visitor whatsoever.
Guarantees: Love Fairs Limited is strictly the organiser of the events, and does not sell nor buy items or directly involved in any item sales. In instances of dispute, we will endeavour to help rectify any disputes or issues between a visitor and a seller (including any about items purchased), but Love Fairs do not take any responsibility for any losses caused relating to a item purchase. Every item transaction is strictly between the seller and the buyer (visitor).
Right of exclusion and expulsion: Love Fairs retains the right to ask any visitor to leave an event, and also to deny entry to any visitor, if their behaviour is deemed unacceptable.
