The Venue

Set in the historic heart of the affluent Tunbridge Wells in Kent, The Pantiles is a delightful Georgian colonnade that retains much of its original charm and grandeur of its Georgian heyday. The stylish architecture forms the back drop to a variety of boutique shops, antique shops, cafés and eateries. Postcode: TN2 5TN

What is The Pantiles Antiques Market

Taking place on 17th - 18th September, the Antiques Festival is a whole antiques experience, with 50+ selected dealers, celebrity antique valuations (including Eric Knowles) and lots of places to eat and drink, all whilst enjoying the amazing atmosphere of the historic Pantiles. Entry for all visitors is FREE.

Will it be any good?

If our July Antiques Festival was anything to go by, then it promises to be an amazing couple of days with a very high natural footfall as well as all of those antique lovers brought in by our extensive advertising campaign, whether trade publications, regional newspapers, social media, Google, regional radio and many more. Like the July event, we expect thousands to attend looking for antique treasures!

How to apply to exhibit at the Antiques Market

If you would like to be considered to exhibit with us at the Pantiles Antiques Festival, then please click on the ORANGE button below and complete the short form there.

 Types of pitches available (limited number of each available):

Option 1:
'Market stall' type

  • Ready set-up for when you arrive
  • Built in table board (supplied)
  • Sides and back available
  • COST:

    • £180 inclusive for whole festival (2 days)

    • £90 for single day (Saturday or Sunday)
Option 2:
Shared gazebo
3 x 6 gazebo edit v2
  • Measures 3m x 3m
  • Ready set-up for when you arrive
  • Sharing half a 6m gazebo with another dealer
  • Bring your own tables (if required)
  • COST:

    • £180 inclusive for whole festival (2 days)

    • £90 for single day (Saturday or Sunday)
Option 3:
Bring your own gazebo

  • You bring and set up your own gazebo
  • Gazebo must measure 3m x 3m
  • Bring your own tables (if required)
  • COST:

    • £180 inclusive for whole festival (2 days)

    • £90 for single day (Saturday or Sunday)

 Important information

  • Dealers can stand on both days, or either Saturday or Sunday
  • No overnight leaving of stock. Dealers will set up on Saturday morning, pack away on Saturday night and do the same on the Sunday
  • Unloading and set up will take place on the morning of each day between 8.00am and 10.00am
  • Daily open times are: Saturday 10.30am to 5.00pm Sunday 10.30am to 4.00pm
  • It is required for all exhibitors in the 3m x 3m spaces to set up and trade from a gazebo
  • Vehicles are parked away from the pitch after unloading. Parking will cost dealers (for the whole day) £7.50 for Saturday and £2 on Sunday in the public car park (which is very close by)
  • Insurance: As with all of our events, dealers must have valid public liability insurance
