The Venue

Set in the historic heart of the affluent Tunbridge Wells in Kent, The Pantiles is a delightful Georgian colonnade that retains much of its original charm and grandeur of its Georgian heyday. The stylish architecture forms the back drop to a variety of boutique shops, antique shops, cafés and eateries. Postcode: TN2 5TN

What is The Pantiles Antiques & Vintage Fair

There were two Pantiles Antiques & Vintage Fair (2 days) taking place in 2026:

• There no more Pantiles fairs remaining for this year - 2027 dates will appear here when they are available.

 With 40+ selected dealers - all outside and lots of places to eat and drink, all whilst enjoying the amazing atmosphere of the historic Pantiles. Entry for all visitors is FREE. All  pitches must be pre-booked - we are unable to have any casual (not pre-booked) pitches at this event.

Will it be any good?

If our previous Pantiles Antiques events were anything to go by, then each event promises to be an amazing couple of days with a very high natural footfall as well as all of those antique lovers brought in by our extensive advertising campaign, whether trade publications, regional newspapers, social media, Google, regional radio and many more. With average event day weekend attendances of around 5000 visitors (per day) for this event, it's going to be amazing. Like our previous events, we expect thousands to attend looking for antique treasures!

 Important things to consider

 

  • There will only two Pantiles event in 2026, so we expect pitches to fill up quickly 

  • Those booking both days will get preference in terms of pitch allocation and position

  • All pitches are pre-book ONLY - there are NO CASUAL pitches at this event

  • Due to the unique layout of the Pantiles, you will not be able to unload/load directly next to your pitch, so you will need to bring a trolley to set-up/pack down

    • £240 inclusive for whole fair (2 days)

     

    • £120 for single day (Saturday or Sunday)
Option 2:
Space only (Bring your own gazebo)
Position: UPPER PANTILES

 Important information

  • Dealers can stand on both days, or either Saturday or Sunday. All pitches are outside

  • No overnight leaving of stock. Dealers will set up on Saturday morning, pack away on Saturday night and do the same on the Sunday

  • Unloading and set up will take place on the morning of each day between 8.00am and 10.00am

  • Daily open times are: 10.30am to 4.00pm

  • It is required for all exhibitors in the 3m x 3m and 6m x 3m spaces to set up and trade from a gazebo

  • Vehicles are parked away from the pitch after unloading. Parking will cost dealers approximately (for the whole day) £7.50 for Saturday and £2 on Sunday in the public car park (which is very close by)

  • Insurance: As with all of our events, dealers must have valid public liability insurance

  • If required, market stall sides and backs must be requested upon booking (£15 charge and subject to very limited availability)
