The Venue

Lingfield Racecourse is a beautiful venue with manicured grounds and outstanding views. The racecourse with located right on the Surrey, Kent and Sussex borders, making it easily accessible by road or rail and means it has a great catchment area from three countries as well as from London. It is around 15 minutes from both the M25 (Junction 6) and the M23 (Junction 10).  Just a 10 minute walk from Lingfield train station too. Postcode: RH7 6PQ

What is the Lingfield Racecourse Antiques & Vintage Fair?

This one day fair has up to 130+ indoor and outdoor (for the April to September fair depending on the weather and ground conditions) sellers. Made up of multiple indoor areas, it is a great place for buyers to wander and explore and a real favourite amongst dealers to trade. All pitches are pre-book only as this is an incredibly popular event, so early booking is highly recommended.

What pitch choices do I have?

We have a variety of inside pitch spaces, including single, double, triple and furniture pitches. We also have a limited number of outdoor pitches - all  pitches must be pre-booked - we are unable to have any casual (nor pre-booked) pitches at this event. See below for more details on these pitch options.

What times can I access the site for set up?

Set up for sellers starts at 7.00am - gates are not opened until this time. Outside pitch set-up starts at 8.00am. Visitors/buyers (whether trade or public) are not allowed to enter until the fair opens at 9.30am.

  • Single pitch (6ft x 4ft) comes with one table: £75

  • Double pitch (12ft x 4ft) comes with two tables: £110

  • Furniture pitch: various sizes: £140

  • Indoor stands set-up access at 7:00AM

  • COSTS:

    • Single pitch: £75

    • Double pitch: £110

    • Furniture pitch: £140

    All pitches are p    re-paid by card/bank

  • Outside pitches are approx. 7m x 6 m in size and mostly hardstanding. Only one vehicle only on each pitch

  • There are only a very limited number of outside pitches available at this venue

  • Outdoor stands set-up access at 8:00AM

  • Space only - no tables are supplied for outside pitches

  • Gazebos or small marquees are allowed on outside pitches, as long as they are secured

  • COSTS:

    • Pre-paid by card/bank: £65
