a Can I book for one day, or do I have to attend for all three?
No, due to the set-up of the show, part bookings are not possible. You will set up on the Thursday before the show and must attend for all three days of the show (Friday to Sunday).
No, we will consider all applications and let you know if you have been successful.
Exhibitors will unload and set up on Thursday 6th July, no unloading/set up will be possible on the morning of the first day of the show. There will be security inside the building overnight from Thursday 6th to the morning of Sunday 9th July.
You may pay by card over the telephone, bank transfer or secure online payment.
Yes, this is a pre-requisite for any exhibitor attending the show. If you are an existing Love Fairs Exhibitor, you should already posses this insurance. You will be required to provide Love Fairs with a copy of this. If your cover has lapsed, or do not yet have cover; there are many insurance companies offering this type of insurance relatively inexpensively (cost likely to range from around £40 to £60 for a whole year).
No, you will be required to bring your own chairs.
Payment is due upon pitch booking.
