We are delighted to be able to offer you this rare chance to be part of a truly amazing event again in 2022. The Kent Country Show has been held in Kent since 1923, and now attracts between 80,000 and 100,000 visitors per year. The 2022 Antiques and Vintage Village section of the show will feature around 50 exhibitors as well as some fantastic vintage entertainment.

The pitches are mostly indoors (though there will be a small number of outdoor pitches available) and we will also be arranging a variety of great vintage entertainment to help to keep everyone entertained.[/wr_item_accordion][wr_item_accordion heading=”Pitch details and costs” icon=”icon-list-view” disabled_el=”no” ]Every pitch measures a generous 4 x 3 metres, and will cost £280 for all three days (the equivalent of £93 per day) – this cost includes electricity if required. Trestle tables are available to order at £8 per table for the 3 days (for example; 2 tables will cost £16 total for the 3 days). Frequently Asked Questions

Can I book for one day, or do I have to attend for all three?

No, due to the set-up of the show, part bookings are not possible. You will set up on the Thursday before the show and must attend for all three days of the show (Friday to Sunday).

Does completing a form guarantee me a pitch?

No, we will consider all applications and let you know if you have been successful.

When will I be able to unload and set up?

Exhibitors will unload and set up on Thursday 6th July, no unloading/set up will be possible on the morning of the first day of the show. There will be security inside the building overnight from Thursday 6th to the morning of Sunday 9th July.

What methods can I use to pay?

You may pay by card over the telephone, bank transfer or secure online payment.

Do I need public liability/product liability cover?

Yes, this is a pre-requisite for any exhibitor attending the show. If you are an existing Love Fairs Exhibitor, you should already posses this insurance. You will be required to provide Love Fairs with a copy of this. If your cover has lapsed, or do not yet have cover; there are many insurance companies offering this type of insurance relatively inexpensively (cost likely to range from around £40 to £60 for a whole year).

Are chairs included or available to hire?

No, you will be required to bring your own chairs.

When will I have to pay the pitch fees?

There will be three ways to pay this year;

(1) Entire cost at the time of booking OR (2) Pay in 2 instalments to spread the payment at no extra cost to you:

If you chose to pay in two instalments, the instalment dates will be as follows:
• 50% deposit: within 1 week of booking
• 50% balance due by or before: 3rd May 2023

Booking: 1) A pitch is not deemed as reserved until full and cleared payment has been received by Love Fairs. 2) Payment for the stall should be made within one week of the booking
Cancellations and Refunds: For any booking cancellation made 90 days or less before the date of the show, no refund or transfer of fee to a subsequent fair will be made (refunds made before 90 days will be subject to a 20% administration/processing fee of the total pitch cost).
Insurance: All Stallholders (Exhibitors and Dealers) are responsible for their own insurances (including public liability and product liability) and must provide a copy to Love Fairs after booking.
Sale of Goods: 1) No new goods are to be sold by the stallholder at a Love Fairs’ event. 2) The stallholder must make all attempts to accurately label goods for sale, and agree to refund if later found not to be 3) Firearms are not permitted to be sold at any time 4) Love Fairs reserves the right to ask a stallholder to withdraw an item for sale if deemed inappropriate.
Set up/Leaving the fair: Stallholders agree to be set up by 6.30pm on the day before the show (Thursday), and not to start to pack away goods before 6.00pm on the final day of the show (Sunday)
Damage to premises: No fixings of any type are to be attached to the walls at the venue.
Dogs/animals: Any dogs onsite must be kept on a lead at all times.
Lighting & extensions: 1) Any electricity extensions or lighting used must have passed the appropriate British Standards levels and hold a valid PAT test 2) Kettles or similar devices are never to be plugged in and used anywhere on the site.
Liability & Risk: 1) Every Exhibitor attends each fair at their own risk. 2) Love Fairs accepts no liability for any costs, expenses, damages or losses incurred by stallholders (whether direct or indirect).
Liability Indemnity: All Stallholders shall keep Love Fairs indemnified in full against all costs, expenses, damages and losses (whether direct or indirect).
Acceptance of Terms & Conditions: By using our services, you are deemed to fully agree and accept our Terms and Conditions.

Conduct: 1) Stallholders should clear all rubbish and unwanted items before leaving the fair premises 2) Stallholders should not set up additional tables, or alter the position or format of the supplied tables unless prior consent is given by a Love Fairs representative. 3) Stallholders should not play music through any type of device, unless for demonstration purposes 4) All fire exits, aisles and walkways must be kept clear of all items 5) Any electricity extensions or lighting used must have passed the appropriate British Standards levels and hold a valid PAT test. 6) We reserve the right to refuse admission, or ask a stallholder to leave the show for any reason or behaviour deemed as unreasonable. 7. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the show venue.
