Please find below some useful information about joining us at one of our events. Just click on any of the tabs for more information about that event. We are always looking for friendly and knowledgeable exhibitors and dealers who are as keen as we are to make our visitors experience a memorable one.

INFORMATION ABOUT CASUAL OUTSIDE PITCHES:

DETLING SHOWGROUND: We DO accept outside casual one or two day turn up bookings at out Detling Antiques and Vintage Fair (click here for information) 

LINGFIELD, BRIGHTON & THE PANTILES: Please note that all pitches are pre-booked and pre-paid - we do not have casual, on the day, pitches at these events. 

Detling Showground

Established for over 30 years, this amazing two day indoor & outdoor antiques and vintage fair is held at the Detling Showground in Kent. For more exhibitor information, and to apply for a stall, please CLICK HERE

Lingfield Racecourse Fair

• A well established (in 2015) and busy fair  
• Up to 175 indoor (and outdoor in the summer months of April, May, July and Sept)
• Free parking and free Wi-Fi
• Light refreshments
• Close to the M25 (junction 6) and M23
• Dealer set-up from 7.00am
• Buyer entry is at 9.30am – 3.30pm

PRICING & INFO: 

• Single (1 table): £65, Double (2 tables): £100 Triple (3 tables): £130, or outside: £65

• Chairs and tables supplied (except for outdoor pitches)•
 
• Exhibitors are not permitted to bring dogs to the events (except Guide Dogs)
• Strictly no new items or firearms allowed for sale

Brighton Racecourse Fair

• A well established (in 2016) and busy fair

Booking Terms & Conditions

Exhibitor Terms and Conditions of Booking for all events

Please read 'Full Terms and Conditions' in detail tab for full wording

  1. Booking: 1) A stall is not deemed as reserved until full and cleared payment has been received by Love Fairs. 2) Payment for the stall should be made within one week of the booking
  2. Cancellations and Refunds: For any booking cancellation made four weeks or less before the date of the fair, no refund or transfer of fee to a subsequent fair will be made (refunds will be subject to an admin fee).
  3. Cancellation of the Fair, circumstances beyond our control, etc.;

    The organiser shall be under no obligation to repay any fees paid or that are due by the exhibitor and shall be under no liability to the exhibitor whatsoever if the fair is cancelled (in full or part), postponed, delayed, suspended or adversely affected by circumstances that are out of our control. It is highly recommended that all exhibitors obtain appropriate insurances to cover themselves for any such circumstances.

  4. Insurance: All Stallholders (Exhibitors and Dealers) are responsible for their own insurances and by attending as a Stallholder at our events, you confirm that you have an appropriate policy that covers liability, damage, loss or any other probability.
  5. Sale of Goods: 1) No new goods are to be sold by the stallholder at a Love Fairs’ event. 2) The stallholder must make all attempts to accurately label goods for sale, and agree to refund if later found not to be 3) Firearms are not permitted to be sold at any time 4) Love Fairs reserves the right to ask a stallholder to withdraw an item for sale if deemed inappropriate.
  6. Set up/Leaving the fair: Stallholders agree to be set up by the fair start time, and not to start to pack away goods before the official closing time on the day of the fair
  7. Damage to premises: No fixings of any type are to be attached to the walls at the venue.
  8. Dogs/animals: No dogs or animals are permitted onsite, except Guide Dogs.
  9. Lighting & extensions: Any electricity extensions or lighting used must have passed the appropriate British Standards levels and hold a valid PAT test
  10. Liability & Risk: 1) Every Exhibitor attends each fair at their own risk. 2) Love Fairs accepts no liability for any costs, expenses, damages or losses incurred by stallholders (whether direct or indirect).
  11. Liability Indemnity: All Stallholders shall keep Love Fairs indemnified in full against all costs, expenses, damages and losses (whether direct or indirect).
  12. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions: By using our services, you are deemed to fully agree and accept our Terms and Conditions.
  1.   2. Insurance: All Stallholders (Exhibitors and Dealers) are responsible for their own insurance. By attending as a Stallholder at our events, you confirm that you have an appropriate policy that covers liability, damage, loss or any other probability. Love Fairs will not be liable for any loss, damage or expense.
  3. Cancellations and Refunds: 1) Any application made to cancel a booking must be made in writing to Love Fairs; 2) If the cancellation is made four weeks or less before the date of the fair, no refund or transfer of fee to a subsequent fair will be made. Any cancellation made more than four weeks or more before the date of the fair will be refunded (refunds will be subject to an admin fee to cover payment transaction costs).
  4. Cancellation of the Fair, circumstances beyond our control, etc.;

    The organiser shall be under no obligation to repay any fees paid or that are due by the exhibitor and shall be under no liability to the exhibitor whatsoever if the fair is cancelled (in full or part), postponed, delayed, suspended or adversely affected by circumstances that are out of our control.   7. Damage to premises: No fixings of any type are to be attached to the walls at the venue. Stallholder will be liable for any repair costs incurred due to the actions of the stallholder of any description.
  8. Dogs/animals: No dogs/animals are permitted onsite, except Guide Dogs.

Conduct: 1) Stallholders should clear all rubbish and unwanted items before leaving the fair premises 2) Stallholders should not set up additional tables, or alter the position or format of the supplied tables unless prior consent is given by a Love Fairs representative. 3) Stallholders should not play music through any type of device, unless for demonstration purposes 4) All fire exits, aisles and walkways must be kept clear of all items 5) 5) Any electricity extensions or lighting used must have passed the appropriate British Standards levels and hold a valid PAT test. 6) We reserve the right to refuse admission, or ask a stallholder to leave the fair for any reason or behaviour deemed as unreasonable. 7. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the fair venue.
  10. Liability & Risk: 1) Every Exhibitor attends each fair at their own risk. 2) Love Fairs accepts no liability for any costs, expenses, damages or losses (whether direct or indirect), including any interest, penalties, and legal and other professional fees and expenses incurred whilst using our service, whether before, during or after a fair, for whatever reason.
  11. Liability Indemnity: All Stallholders shall keep Love Fairs indemnified in full against all costs, expenses, damages and losses (whether direct or indirect), including any interest, penalties, and legal and other professional fees and expenses awarded against or incurred or paid by Love Fairs
